Homa is a property management and listing tool owned and operated by Huma Ventures Limited. Founded in 2023, Homa’s primary goal is to automate rent payments and streamline rental property management. Our founders were inspired by the need to create solutions for problems faced by tenants and property managers in the African Real Estate and Rental and Leasing Sector.

Products and Services
Our products feature solutions for both tenants and property managers.
For tenants, we offer a mobile application that allow tenants to remit their rent payments via mobile money and bank cards from the comfort of their homes, work places, or wherever they may be.
Tenants can also view their rent payment records and browse for new apartments with the help of our responsive Google map rental apartment listing tool embedded in the mobile application.  
For property managers and landlords, we offer a mobile and desktop application that allow them to add up to ten apartments per account, control apartment units/rooms visibility on Google map listing based on occupancy, manage tenants in each apartment, view rent payments from tenants in each apartment in real time, and download rent payment data for each apartment.
